Vorcex Lehad is a Zhodani who works as a secret agent for the Zhodani Consulate, and who’s work most often brings him to Foelen. Although the Zhodani and the Imperium at are odds with one another, members of either sides secret services remain open channels to pass information back and forth, although the voracity of the information is often in question.
Vorcex has had one such information exchange partner in Sumita Bai for the better part of the last decade, although he’s not heard from her recently. They usually discussed things in person at a bar in the star town on Foelen, in order to avoid their communications being decrypted in transit.
