This is my local stomping ground now, Runswick bay is a picturesque litle old fishing town nestled amongst the steep cliffs of this area. Nearest big town is Whitby, but you’ve got Staithes and Saltburn round the corner too.
I come down here at night too, and have had luck catching 2-4lb codlings around November/December time in the dark.
